At Muay Thai Academy MTA, we are committed to providing a professional and organized training environment. To ensure fairness for all members and proper class management, the following policy applies:
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
All class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
- Late Cancellation
If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the class, the session will be considered used and no refund or credit will be issued.
- No-Show
Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice will result in the session being deducted.
4.Late Arrival Policy
To maintain the quality and structure of our training sessions, clients who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class start time will not be permitted to join the session.Arrival time is calculated based on the official class start time, regardless of personal circumstances or traffic conditions.
The session will be considered used and no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.
All bookings are final. No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be granted under any circumstances for late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
